i enrolled in a painting class...
i figured it would be a good idea to take a break 
from all that comes with nursing school. 
it's been years since i've put a great deal of energy into creativity.
i forgot how amazing it feels to "make".
our first assigned theme is "fantasy reality".
i tend to attempt to capture femininity in all that i do,
and i chose to do no different this time around.

my best friend, ashley, is my favorite muse.



i obviously have a ways to go...
i think i've decided to put some antlers on her.
ashley reminds me of a fawn-
so delicate and beautiful,
i hope i can portray her as such.

i should title this, "if ashley had a left side". (inside joke).
